Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Twisted Cider will dispatch your paid orders by Scarlet Courier’s and aims to have all received orders placed Monday – Friday shipped and delivered within 7 working days subject to stock availability. Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed the next working day. All parcels delivered by the courier company need to be received by an individual who is 18 or over.
   1. To limit any delivery delays please make sure all contact details are filled in correctly.
   2. All orders delivered to Main Delivery Areas - England, Scotland & Wales (Zones A, S & U) will cost £4.99 for all consignments (Packages).
   3. Surcharged Areas which include - Offshore, Highlands and Islands (Zones N, O, P, Q, R &T) will be priced individually, to find out postage & package costs contact Twisted Cider at: myorder@twistedcider.co.uk
   
   4. All International orders will be subject to delivery costs and priced individually, please contact Twisted Cider at: overseas@twistedcider.co.uk for more information.
2. All delivery prices are inclusive of VAT
3. Twisted Cider reserves the right, by giving notice to the customer at anytime before purchase, to increase the price to take account of any increase in cost of the service to Twisted Cider as a result of any factor beyond the control of Twisted Cider.
4. Once an order has been processed Twisted Cider will issue out a tracking number on your despatch email by which you can call the Courier Company to check the status of your delivery.
5. The Courier Company will make one attempt to deliver the goods to be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer. If such goods cannot be delivered (due to no fault of the Courier Company) the Courier Company will have the option either to make a further attempt to deliver the goods to the address specified by the customer or to deliver to any other address specified by the customer in either case at the customer’s cost.
6. Any Consignments that are Undeliverable or Unclaimed will be returned to Twisted Cider on which if any extra costs are incurred from the Courier Company will be passed onto the Customer.
7. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

   • Free delivery only applies to internet orders in the following areas: All orders delivered to Main Delivery Areas - England, Scotland & Wales (Zones A, S & U) will cost 0.00 for all consignments (Packages). Free Delivery is valid while promotion lasts.
